Who we are
Diogee Games is an indie studio on Florida’s Space Coast. This policy covers diogeegames.com and the browser games, stories, newsletter, and AI portraits on it.
Word Mash Up lives at wordmashup.app and in the Word Mash Up mobile apps. That product has its own privacy page.

What we collect
- Newsletter or contact form: name, email, optional message.
- AI portraits: the photo you upload, email for delivery, and payment details handled by Stripe if you buy a download or print. Print orders also need a shipping address, which we pass to the print partner (Prodigi).
- Some games store a score or progress in your browser. Combat and story games may keep a short-lived session on our servers so the match can continue.
- Technical logs: IP address, browser, pages viewed, timestamps.
- If analytics is on: Google Analytics, and Meta or TikTok pixels, which set cookies and may collect device and usage data for those vendors.
How we use it
- Run the site, games, portraits, and print orders.
- Send the newsletter or a reply if you wrote in.
- Understand traffic and fix bugs.
- Meet legal or payment requirements.
We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
Hosting, email, payment (Stripe), print fulfillment (Prodigi), and analytics vendors process data only to provide those services. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention and your choices
Contact and newsletter records stay until you ask us to remove them. Portrait files and orders stay as long as needed to deliver the product and keep payment records. You can refuse analytics cookies in your browser. To delete personal data we hold, use the contact form on this site.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the update here with a new date.
