The service
These terms cover diogeegames.com, the browser games and stories on it, the newsletter, and AI portraits. Using the site means you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Word Mash Up is a separate product at wordmashup.app.
Games and content
Most browser games are free and for entertainment. Scores or progress stored in your browser can be cleared by you. Game art, stories, names, and code belong to Diogee Games unless we say otherwise.
Portraits and paid orders
You must have the right to upload a photo. Paid downloads and prints are processed by Stripe. Prints are fulfilled by Prodigi. Preview images are for checking the result. Paid files and prints are for your personal use unless we agree in writing.
Acceptable use
- Do not attack, scrape at abusive volume, or disrupt the service.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Do not use the site for anything illegal.
We may refuse service or remove content that breaks these rules.
Disclaimer
The site and games are provided as-is, for entertainment. We do not promise uninterrupted access.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
